Who we are

Angela has researched the field of nutrition since 2003, with a special focus on autoimmune diseases and metabolic health.

She is a qualified nutritionist and a member of the Royal Society of Public Health (RSPH).

She spent 15 years working in leading medical organisations, working side by side with consultants, GPs and nurses — helping them improving their patients’ lives.

In 2022, she funded The Female Wellbeing Clinic with the sole purpose of helping women understand their unique health needs and take ownership of their wellness journey.

In 2023, she joined the first cohort of Lifestyle Medicine studies at Harvard Medical School, furthering her knowledge of how our daily choices can help prevent, manage, and even reverse chronic conditions.

In 2023, she completed a 2-year training in Classical and Contemporary Pilates, focusing on women health and performance.

Today, she works at her London-based clinic, alongside being a mother of two children, aged 3 and 7.
